To finish a thought from our previous post titled "Why does a website created by you guys cost so much?".  We spoke about consultation.  Zoetic Interactive is unbiased when it comes to creating a strategy.  We only focus on a online marketing strategy that works to improve upon, meet and most importantly exceed business goals.

The first step is always business analysis.  We shudder when we come across a company that does not believe in business analysis.  How are we supposed to do the best job for the client, if we don't understand the client and their customers.  We want to know how everything works prior to making any recommendations for success.

We must answer the following...

• What makes the company tick?
• Who are your competitors?
  
• What are your competitors doing or thinking about doing?
• Where are you ranked compared to your competitors?
• Who are your customers?
• Where are your customers?
• and many more...

We want these, sometimes difficult questions answered to develop the right online marketing strategy for the client.  Can you imagine a consulting firm or an agency giving you a design before they even did their due diligence to find out who you are?  That would be silly and something you would expect from a guy working in a basement somewhere!  :)
